Hurricane - Reconnected

1 Minute Review

Hurricane formed in 1983 with Robert Sarzo, Tony Cavazo, Kelly Hansen, and Jay Schellen. If those last names sound familiar, it is because the Quiet Riot duo Rudy Sarzo and Carlos Cavazo are their older brothers. Kelly Hansen would later join Foreigner as their lead singer. The band made waves with their debut independent release and subsequent major label MTV hits. A reformation in 2010 saw founding members Sarzo and Cavazo reunite, and the addition of Dan Schumann of the TENORS OF ROCK in 2021 marked another evolution in the band’s lineup. Hurricane returns with their first album in twenty-two years, "Reconnected," released through Escape Music.
