Almost twelve years to the day, Teenage Fanclub released their third, and some would say best, album Bandwagonesque. To help us dissect the 90s rock album Spin choose as Album of the Year in 1991 (over titles like Nevermind, Badmotorfinger and Ten) is Andy Derer of The Andy Derer show. Power pop bands like Teenage Fanclub never reached the heights of success that grunge bands achieved, but that didn't stop a legion of Big Star followers from trying.
