This hiatus allowed Gray to embark on a personal artistic journey, resulting in a collection of songs that showcase his introspective songwriting and emotive melodies.
Kele – The Singing Winds Pt. 3
For fans who remember the introspective depth of Bloc Party’s early work, Kele Okereke’s solo project, The Singing Winds Pt. 3, offers a return to that intimate sound. This album, dedicated to the element of air, features tracks composed solely with electric guitar and vocals, highlighting Kele’s contemplative songwriting and minimalist arrangements.
Godzillionaire – Diminishing Returns
Fronted by Mark Hennessy, former vocalist of the grunge band Paw, Godzillionaire delivers a hard-hitting rock experience with their second album, Diminishing Returns. This release offers a collection of tracks rooted in human experience, characterized by big riffs and aggressive vocals. The album was recorded in Kansas and mixed by Paul Malinowski.
Rufus Wainwright – Dream Requiem

Inspired by Verdi’s Requiem, this piece features a massive orchestra, adult and children’s choruses, and narrations by esteemed actors like Meryl Streep. Celebrating over four decades in metal, German band Grave Digger releases their 21st album, Bone Collector. Staying true to their heavy metal roots, the album delivers raw, speed metal-infused tracks with a classic sound. Despite lineup changes, the band’s energy and grit remain unwavering.
Bis x Art Brut – “Opposites Attract” (Single)
In a unique collaboration, indie pop band Bis teams up with Art Brut to release a split 7” single titled “Opposites Attract.” This limited edition vinyl features each band covering the other’s hits, along with a joint rendition of Paula Abdul’s classic “Opposites Attract.” Pressed on Paula Purple vinyl and limited to 500 copies.
20/20 – Back To California
Power pop and new wave legends 20/20 make a notable return with Back To California, their first album in over 25 years. The album features 11 new original songs, including the driving anthem title track, which adds a touch of Americana to their classic sound.
